胡炳文，男，博士。2023年10月毕业于南京理工大学计算机科学与技术专业，获工学博士学位，同年11月加入安徽工业大学计算机科学与技术学院。长期从事图像生成、图像编辑等相关领域研究。
学术服务：
长期担任IEEE Transactions on Image Processing、 Knowledge-Based Systems、 Expert Systems with Applications等SCI期刊审稿人。
