On the afternoon of November 3, the School of Computer Science and Technology held a meeting for the 2025 cohort of international graduate students to meet their supervisors. School leaders and all supervising faculty attended the event.

Program Director Yue Ruan addressed the students in accordance with the academic training program. He encouraged the international postgraduates to devote themselves to academic research and adapt to the study rhythm at an early stage. He also advised them to actively engage in campus life, deepen their appreciation of Chinese culture, and enjoy a rewarding graduate school experience.
During the interactive session that followed, students and supervisors held in-depth discussions on a range of topics, including study plans, research directions, course selection, access to research resources, and daily campus life. The supervisors responded to student inquiries patiently and provided individualized guidance and suggestions.
The face-to-face meeting significantly enhanced mutual trust between faculty and students, laying a solid groundwork for the successful implementation of subsequent training activities.
