Zhi Liu is currently an Associate Professor at The University ofElectro-Communications, Japan. His research interest includes videonetwork transmission and mobile edge computing. He is now an editorialboard member of Springer wireless networks and IEEE Open Journal ofthe Computer Society. He is a senior member of IEEE.

报告内容:

Smart grid plays an important role in our daily life and need to be maintained and monitored in a timely manner. This is more challenging in special places, such as mountainous areas. Mobile IT infrastructure becomes a promising option to solve this problem. This talk will discuss its placement, communication/compensation optimization and application.
